The DC W820 corrugated roofing sheet is a single layer color coated profiled steel sheet formed by cold roll forming technology. It is available in two main types: exposed fastener trapezoidal corrugated sheet YX25 205 820 and concealed fastener standing seam sheet YX54 410 820.
This product does not include an insulation core and can be used as a single layer roofing sheet or combined with insulation materials such as glass wool or rock wool to form a double layer roofing system.

The standard corrugated sheet with 25 mm wave height and 0.5 mm thickness is suitable for purlin spacing of approximately 1.2 m. The standing seam sheet with 54 mm high ribs allows purlin spacing up to 1.5 to 1.8 m.
The recommended roof slope is not less than 5 percent. The system is capable of withstanding regional wind loads snow loads and maintenance loads. The standing seam system offers significantly better wind uplift resistance compared to exposed fastener sheets and is ideal for coastal and high wind regions.
The corrugated sheet uses one wave side overlap approximately 205 mm and longitudinal overlap not less than 200 mm with waterproof screws and sealant.
The standing seam sheet features a 360 degree locked seam without exposed fastener holes providing superior waterproof performance. For high rainfall areas standing seam systems are recommended along with proper gutters flashing and edge sealing.
The metal sheet is a non combustible material with A1 fire rating and no flaming droplets making it suitable for industrial buildings with basic fire protection requirements.
A 0.5 mm sheet weighs approximately 4.0 to 4.8 kg per square meter.
PE coating service life is around 10 years while PVDF coating combined with galvalume steel can achieve more than 20 years under normal conditions.
