Recently, Shandong Hanjing Steel Structure Co., Ltd. and Siam Logistics Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony in Bangkok, officially signing the contract for the large-scale steel structure warehousing project in Bangkok, Thailand, with a contract value of 150 million RMB. This signing is an important milestone for Hanjing Steel Structure to deepen the Southeast Asian market, marking the further expansion of the company's overseas business layout, and its products and services have been highly recognized by the Southeast Asian market, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent expansion of more cooperative projects in Southeast Asia.
It is reported that the Bangkok steel structure warehousing project is located in the eastern logistics park of Bangkok, with a total construction area of 100,000 square meters, including 3 large-scale steel structure warehousing workshops, 1 logistics office building and supporting loading and unloading facilities. It is a large-scale modern logistics warehousing project in Thailand, mainly used for cross-border e-commerce goods storage and logistics transshipment. The project requires the building to have the characteristics of high strength, typhoon resistance, corrosion resistance and easy expansion. Hanjing Steel Structure successfully won the contract right of the project by virtue of its perfect product solution and rich overseas project experience, defeating many international competitors.
According to the climate characteristics and project needs in Thailand, the Hanjing team has customized a steel structure solution. The project adopts Q355 high-strength weathering steel, combined with anti-corrosion coating and waterproof system, to ensure that the building can resist the severe weather such as typhoons and heavy rains brought by the tropical monsoon climate in Thailand, and the corrosion resistance performance can reach more than 15 years. At the same time, the project adopts modular prefabrication technology. The components are standardized produced in domestic factories and transported to Thailand by sea for on-site bolt assembly construction, which greatly shortens the construction period. It is expected that the entire project will be completed and delivered within 10 months, which is more than 50% shorter than the local traditional building construction period.
To ensure the smooth progress of the project, Hanjing Steel Structure has set up a professional overseas project team, covering professional talents in design, manufacturing, transportation, installation and other fields, which will be fully responsible for the design optimization, component production, logistics transportation, on-site installation and after-sales maintenance of the project. At the same time, the company will strictly follow the local building standards and environmental protection requirements in Thailand, combined with Chinese steel structure construction specifications, to ensure that the project quality meets the standards and is safe and reliable. In addition, Hanjing will provide steel structure construction technology training for local Thai employees, helping local cultivate professional steel structure construction talents.
In recent years, Hanjing Steel Structure has always adhered to the "international development" strategy, actively expanding the overseas market, and has successively entered many regions such as Central Asia, Southeast Asia and Africa, completing more than 30 overseas projects and exporting products to more than 50 countries. The signing of this large-scale warehousing project in Thailand has further consolidated the company's layout in the Southeast Asian market and enhanced the international influence of the brand. In the future, Hanjing will continue to deepen the Southeast Asian market, focus on fields such as logistics warehousing, industrial workshops and commercial supporting facilities, provide customized steel structure solutions, and promote Chinese steel structure technology and products to more Southeast Asian countries.
